Guidlines
These figures are provided as a guide.
Every trip into the Wilderness is a unique experience. Sometimes as logistics allow we can save you money.
So please, if you find something that appeals to you, contact us and let's talk it through.

Drop Camp Fees:
Drop camps are ideal for the "maturing" hunter, camper or hiker. They also work well for those who just don't want to be bothered with all the "stuff" or would like to bring a few ammenities; like compact chairs, nice air mattresses and fresh food.
Imagine that luxuries and fresh food!
Group size and needs:
In general, please figure 150 lbs per pack horse and about 50 lbs of equipment per person.
(Hunters especially need to keep in mind that if they are successful, then they will need some room on the horses for their downed game on the trip out.)
Base fee: $1,600
Base price includes drop off and pick up trips. Only three horses can be brought in at a time. So if there is a need for 4-6 horses, then that necessitates a second rig and essentially doubles our expenses. Therefore, the cost would naturally double as well. So if economics is a concern, then efforts should be made to keep the requirements of the trip to 3 horses or less.
(When logistics and abilities allow, an outfitter and/or assistant walking, so their horse can pack gear in or out, can save a great deal of money for the client.)
Other Fees can include:
Outfitter Walking $275
Normally the outfitter rides the lead horse and has 1 or 2 horses in tow. If the third horse is needed to pack in a larger party or to pack harvested animals out after a hunt, then one way to reduce the cost, is to request that the Outfitter walk. This fee is charged only for the days that the outfitter actually walks.
Example 1: A drop camp for hunters only required two pack horses to take them in, but three horses to pack them out plus their harvested animals. The outfitter could walk out at the additional fee of the outfitter walking. Only one day is required for the outfitter to walk so only one fee is applied.
Example 2: However if the group is of a size that necessitates the use of 3 horses to pack them in, that would require the outfitter to walk in to drop them off and to walk out to pick them up. Therefore two walking fees would apply ($550). That's a savings of $1,050.
All trips assume that the outfitter can get to the campsite and back to the trailhead in a single day. However, if logistics allow, when the client wants to go in deep (generally speaking more than 6 miles) or just wants a short trip (2-4 days) then it often makes sense to request the outfitter to "layover" for the night/s required.
Layover Fee for outfitter $325 (per night)
Layover Fee for Assistant $170 (per night)
Estimate 150-250 Miles to and from the trailheads.
An Assistant Packer is required for every third pack horse.
Full Service Camp
This is an opportunity for the family to give
MOM A REAL VACATION.
Imagine with me a camping vacation where mom isn't saddled with all the cooking and cleaning; where she too can go lounge around the lake or have energy enough to go hiking with the family at will. Nice huh?!
OR
For HUNTERS to really focus on hunting.
Imagine with me if you will a hunting camp where someone gets up early and has coffee on and hot for the early risers and a hot breakfast of scratch pancakes or Old Fashioned oat meal served with real apples and cinnamon cooked in ready before the sun even thinks about peaking over the ridge.
All charges are the same as those listed above in the Drop Camp, where they apply. The charges listed below are in addition due to the nature of the service being provided; which requires the outfitter and/or assistant and possibly livestock to stay in the field. Therefore, these items and services are "rented".

Packages
Drop Camps
Drop Camps are the most frequently purchased packages we offer.
AND
They are economical, especially when the cost is spread out over a larger group.
This package includes:
Sometimes we are even able to provide carpooling benefits. Occationally it works out that we can meet in the valley. Where we can consolidate vehicles; moving some or all of your party and/or equipment into our truck/s which are towing our horses and equipment to the trailhead. This can save unnecessary fuel expences, along with wear and tear on our client's vehicles.
Full Service Camps
This package includes all the services of a Drop Camp plus the added benefits of having an outfitter on site the whole time you are in the Wilderness.
These benefits include:
LuxCamps
(Luxury Camping)
(also called "Glamping")
LuxCamps include all the amminities of both camps above, but with many luxuries not usually associated with the Wilderness.
Ammenities can include:
Luxcamps don't automaticly come with full camp services. This is because these are most often very private and intimate settings. However, when full services are requested, we provide a camp for our server offsight and come to prepare meals and take care of needs as they are anticipated. For example, it may be requested that we provide the evening meal of the first night and then the breakfast meal the next morning before we leave for the trailhead. We are flexable in this regard.
